What a Handyman Project Price Covers

A project price is based on the specific tasks and conditions reviewed with you. Before work starts, confirm which tasks are included, what is excluded, whether materials are separate, and how a request to add work will be handled. There is no single fixed price for every project.

Hourly or Project Pricing

Some visits are billed using the applicable hourly schedule. A negotiated project price may be discussed for a larger or combined scope once the work has been reviewed and agreed. Materials and Consumable Supplies

The customer pays for materials and consumable supplies. If we purchase them for the job, their cost is charged separately from labour. For example, when we complete painting work, the customer pays for the paint and other job materials; our painting service page explains the service.

Agreeing on the Project Scope

For a larger or combined job, share the task list and available details so we can review the scope. We can then discuss a negotiated price for the agreed work. This may apply to general handyman, plumbing, or electrical work, subject to the project details and service availability. A discussed price is not a discount promise; it is a project price based on the confirmed scope.

Changes and Next Steps
