What the Two-Hour Minimum Means
The minimum charge covers the first two hours of labour. It applies even if the task itself takes less time. The applicable minimum depends on the type of handyman work; the schedule below distinguishes general work from plumbing and electrical handyman work.

The minimum amount covers two hours. Plumbing and electrical work uses the higher schedule; other handyman work uses the general schedule. This pricing applies to handyman work, not automatically to every larger trade or renovation project.
Materials and Consumable Supplies
The hourly amount is for labour. The customer pays for materials and consumable supplies. If we purchase them for the job, their cost is charged separately. For a painting task, for example, the customer pays for the paint and other required supplies; see our painting services.
Examples and Project Pricing

For a larger or combined job, we can discuss a negotiated project price after reviewing and agreeing on the scope. This may apply to general handyman, plumbing, or electrical work.
