aMaximum Construction’s handyman team reviews requests for everyday repairs and small jobs, including drywall patches, paint touch-ups, furniture assembly, fixture swaps, leaky faucets, light fittings, door adjustments, shelving, and small carpentry. Depending on the work, pricing follows the applicable hourly schedule or a negotiated project price for a reviewed and agreed scope.
Licensing, insurance, and permit requirements depend on the work and its location. Paid residential electrical work in Ontario must be contracted through a Licensed Electrical Contractor; confirm the responsible business and applicable ESA requirements. Handyman Pricing
General handyman work: $160 minimum for the first two hours, then $60 per additional hour. Plumbing and electrical handyman work: $300 minimum for the first two hours, then $99 per additional hour, subject to scope and trade-availability confirmation.
The customer pays for materials and consumable supplies. If we purchase supplies for the job, their cost is charged separately from labour.
For larger or combined jobs, we can discuss a negotiated project price after reviewing and agreeing on the scope. Any added work must be priced and approved before it begins.
